This website, sundayleaguekit.com, is run by Eilyad Abaei, a student in the Netherlands. I am responsible for the personal data that is processed through this site.

What data I collect and why
Below you see every situation in which this site handles personal data, what is collected, why, and how long it is kept.

I do not ask for sensitive data such as health records. Please do not send medical documents by email; describe your problem in your own words.
Cookies
When you first visit the site, a cookie banner asks for your choice. Only functional cookies are placed without your permission.
- Functional cookies: needed for the site to work, for example to remember your cookie choice or a login.
- Statistics cookies: Google Analytics, connected through Google Site Kit, only after you agree. IP addresses are shortened.
- Embedded content: YouTube videos and Spotify playlists behave as if you visit those sites, and they may place their own cookies.
You can change your choice at any time with the cookie banner or by deleting cookies in your browser.
Who sees it
Who I share data with
Your data is only shared with services this website needs to work:
- My hosting provider, which stores the website and its database.
- Google, for anonymous visitor statistics (only with your consent).
- Bol.com, only when you click an affiliate link and leave this site.
Some of these companies may process data outside the EU. They use the safeguards required by European law. I never sell your data.
Your rights
Under the European privacy law (GDPR, in Dutch: AVG) you have the right to:
- see which data I have about you
- correct or delete your data
- object to the use of your data or limit it
- receive your data in a common file format
- withdraw your consent at any time
Send your request to abaeieilyad@gmail.com. I reply within four weeks. Not happy with my answer? You can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
How I protect your data
The site uses a secure HTTPS connection, strong passwords and regular updates of WordPress and its plugins.
Will this policy change?
Yes, if the site changes, for example when I add a newsletter. The date at the top always shows the latest version.
